Behaviour Support Officer

Pay Grade: (KGA 07 – Points 13 to 17) – starting on KGA07-13 (£32,790 FTE)

Actual Starting Salary: £26,056 per annum, £16.99 per hour, inclusive of London Weighting and Holiday Entitlement

Core Hours: 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday 8.45am – 3.45pm including a 30-minute unpaid break, term time only.

As our Behaviour Support Officer, you will serve as the essential “safety net” for our revised behaviour curriculum. Bridging the gap between pastoral care and active behaviour management, you will provide specialised care to our most vulnerable learners in a dedicated environment, allowing classroom teachers to maintain focused, uninterrupted learning environments.
